Corporate Bid War for 2 New Teams in IPL 2020
IPL 2020 can be recognized as the most popular cricket event after ICC Cricket World Cup where the player from all over the world participate under different franchise and is also the highest-paid cricket tournament than any other in the present time. There are usually 8 teams who fought for the title before but after the BCCI's meeting with the IPL officials its been decided to include two more new teams in the upcoming IPL season and it might be seen from the year 2020.

It's not new as they tried to implement it back in 2011 where Pune Warriors India and Kochi Tuskers were the 2 teams included in IPL but with the expansion, the IPL officials faced many difficulties in conducting the tournament flawlessly. So BCCI and the IPL officials removed both the teams after playing 2 seasons of the tournament.

Now once again the initiative to add two new teams in IPL will be implemented with proper planning and management to provide more to the viewers and with this initiative, the number of teams will be more along with more matches, more excitement, more drama and with also more revenue for the organizer. So the bids will be invited soon from the Indian Corporates to get the ownership of the two new franchises.
Some of the interesting Corporates to raise their bid in the auction are the Adani Group who was equally interested and raise the bid in 2010 and failed to get the ownership. With Adani Group, Tata Group and RP- Sanjiv Goenka Group from Kolkata may raise their bids along with some other Corporates.
