Chetan Chauhan tested Corona positive
New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer and Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister Chetan Chauhan has been found to be Coronavirus. Late Saturday, former Indian cricketers Akash Chopra and RP Singh shared information and wished Chouhan to recover soon. At the same time, RP Singh wrote, 'Just heard that Chetan Chauhan has been found positive for corona virus. I wish them a quick recovery. Please tell that Chauhan was tested corona virus on Friday and this 72-year-old former cricketer has been admitted to Sanjay Gandhi PGI Hospital in Lucknow.
Chauhan's family members will also undergo a Kovid-19 test and currently they are kept in isolation at home. In the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet, Chauhan has the Ministry of Military Welfare, Home Guards, PRD and Civil Defense. Chauhan, a former Lok Sabha member, is one of the few former international cricketers who have been infected with the virus.
