World Cup 2019 is the 12th Edition of the tournament which is hosted by England and Wales. And the host team is one of the favorite teams, England won the title for the very first time for the country.

England has never won the title before in 3 finals played in 1979, 1987 and 1992. Whereas Australia are the most successful team to win 5 titles  (1987 and 3 in a row from 1999 to 2007. And are also the defending champions of 2015). Team India has won the title two times (1983 and 2011) and West Indies had won the first 2 edition (1975 and 1979).

And Srilanka has 1 world cup in their cabinet as they won their first title in 1996. And another team to have won the title in 1992 is Pakistan.

The 12th edition of the World Cup has turned out to be the worst world cup of all time. As the most of the matches played between the teams ended up one-sided which may affect the popularity of the game. Most of the teams lack the number of match-winners in the team. Some of the champions of the previous edition looked like the underdogs in the 12th edition.

The main factor that has affected the matches is the weather of the host country which ruined 4 matches of the tournament. Wherein 3 of the matches the team shared the points. And Sri Lanka was lucky to win a match by DLS method. It seems to be the poor selection of the venue for one of the grand tournament.

The lighting bells are the most annoying factors for the bowlers in the tournament. As the bells didn't dislodge even after pacers like Bumrah and Starc hit the stumps. There are 5 incidents in the tournament where the bells refused to dislodge. Due to the heaviness of the modern lighting bells. It was the biggest drawback for the bowlers and results of the game affected in the tournament.

England vs New Zealand Final World Cup 2019:

Super Over in Final Match between England and New Zealand was decided by the highest number of boundary counts. And also the poor umpiring which was seen on the field where the umpire gave 6 runs for the overthrow instead of 5 runs. And hence New Zealand failed to fulfill their dream to lift the World Cup due to that bull shit in the Season.
