The venue of the much-talked-about Test series matches to be played between India and Australia has been decided. Cricket Australia has decided the venue for the four-match Border Gavaskar Series. All four Test matches will be played in Brisbane, Adelaide, Merlbane, and Sydney. And the 4th Test will be the pink-ball Test against Australia





The Indian team will visit Australia in October this year where they will play with Australia in the Test and ODI series after the ICC T20 World Cup. The Test series is scheduled to begin on December 3, while the tour ends with ODIs in January. On this tour, India has to play 4 Tests and three ODIs in a series.

The first Test match of the series between India and Australia is to be played at Brisbane's Gaba. The match is scheduled to be played from December 3 to 7. The second Test will be played in the Adelaide over from 11 to 15 December. This will be the Pink Ball Test, the first Day Night Test match played between the two countries.





The Boxing Day Test match will be played between India and Australia from 26 to 30 December. It is to be played at Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne. Sydney has been selected for the fourth and final match of the series.

India had created history on the last tour





The Indian team won the Test series 2–1 on their tour of Australia in the year 2018. This was the first time India won a Test series while playing in Australia. Virat Kohli became the first Indian captain to do so. In the previous series, David Warner and Steve Smith did not play because of being convicted in the ball-tampering controversy.
