It will be the responsibility of the BCCI to provide safe atmosphere to the women players amidst the threat of corona, so that the disease can be avoided.

However, before sending the team on the tour, the BCCI also has to appoint the selectors so that the players going on the tour can be selected on time. This selection panel has not been working for 3 months. England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) will also try to organize the series successfully.

It is believed that the Indian women's cricket team can leave for England around 20 August. The series is expected to begin on September 10. The approval of the Government of India is yet to be received for this tour.
