Ben Stokes named as PCA Player of the Year 2019

PCA, The Professional Cricketers Association voted Ben Stokes as the Player of the year 2019 on Thu 03 October 2019. Ben Stokes named for his magnificent contribution in the World Cup 2019 which leads England to make to win the tournament.

Ben Stokes comes from New Zealand and became England's one of best allrounder. His alround performance helped the team England to become the World Cup Champion for the very first time in Cricket history. He is a Left-handed batsman and a Right-arm fast bowler. And not just bat and bowl, he also contributed by his magnificent Fielding.

Ben Stokes is the 2nd in the ICC One-day rankings as allrounder and 4th in the ICC Test rankings. He has played around 57 Test, and 95 ODIs. Along with 23 T20 matches for England since he debuted on 23-9-2011 in Kennington Oval against West Indies.
