Stuart Broad completed his 18th 5 wickets haul in Test
Veteran fast bowler of England cricket team Stuart Broad bowled brilliantly against the West Indies on the third day of the Manchester Test, taking 6 wickets. Broad took a special record as soon as he took a 5th wicket in the first innings. Thus Stuart Broad completed his 18th 5 wickets haul in Test cricket and after this feat, he beat three veterans together.

The last and decisive Test of the three-match series being played between England and West Indies is being played. In the first innings, England scored 369 runs and bowled West Indies for 197 to take a crucial lead of 172 runs. Fast bowler Broad was instrumental in giving England this big lead. He took 6 wickets for 31 runs in 14 overs in the first innings.
Broad left behind three veterans
In Test cricket, Broad has done an amazing job of taking five wickets for the 18th time. In doing so, he left behind three England bowlers together. He was on the list with Derek Underwood, Graeme Swann and Fred Truman, taking five wickets in Tests 17 times before this match. He overtook them all for the 18th time with 5 wickets.

5 wickets in most Test innings for England
James Anderson, the highest wicket-taker for the English team, has five wickets in an innings of a Test match 28 times. This is followed by former veteran Ian Botham. He had a record of picking five wickets in an innings 27 times, which Anderson broke. Sydney Burns took five wickets in an innings of the Test for England 24 times.
