  Markram and Hendricks came in to bat but Markram can't utilize the start and got out on 15 runs (1 four, 1 six), of 12 balls. Hendricks along with Pretorious built a patnerdhip of 90 runs. But Vandersay departed Hendricks on 66 runs (8 fours, 2 sixes) of 58 balls. Pretorious batted till the end along with Duminy. As a result of which South Africa set a huge total of 198-2 in 20 overs.

Sri Lanka's Innings of 3rd T20I match

 Sri Lankan openers couldn't do much on tour as they once again couldn't give a decent start to the team. And de Silva gave his wicket on 8 runs of 9 balls to Pretorious. Sri Lanka lost wickets at regular intervals whereas Dickwella looked good in the match. But Phehlukwayo departed Dickwella on 38 runs (7 fours) of 22 balls. Udana carried his form in the match as he scored 36 runs (4 sixes) of 23 balls and departed by Phehlukwayo. No other batsman contributed much to the team as a result of which Sri Lanka lost the match by 45 runs and series by 3-0.
