New Delhi When Shantakumaran Sreesanth made his international debut for the Indian team, he was the most talented bowler in India at the time. After being found guilty of spot-fixing, S Sreesanth was banned for life from cricket by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, or BCCI, but reduced his ban by circling the court. The BCCI ombudsman, after getting relief from the Supreme Court, banned S Sreesanth for life for seven years, ending in September 2020. Meanwhile, Sreesanth is dreaming of a return to the Indian team.
S Sreesanth, who played the last match for India at the age of 28, is now 37 years old. Despite this, S Sreesanth has claimed that he can play the 2023 World Cup for the country, which is to be held in India. S Sreesanth was banned by the BCCI in August 2013. In 2015, he confessed to allegations of spot-fixing on himself. Recently S Sreesanth has been included in the Kerala Ranji team.

Speaking to the Deccan Herald, S Sreesanth has said, "I still believe that I can play in the 2023 World Cup. I strongly believe that one of the things they taught me was to favor me. I Was always unrealistic with his goals, as would be the case with most athletes. If you don't have unrealistic goals, you're mediocre. " Sreesanth has played 27 Tests, 53 ODIs and 10 T20 Internationals for the country.
