New Zealand cricketers will start training





New Zealand cricketers will begin team practice this week at the High-Performance Center in Lincoln after a prolonged rest due to the Kovid-19 pandemic. New Zealand Cricket (NZC) said in a statement released on Monday that six national camps would be organized in the next few months.

NZC said, "New Zealand's top male and female cricketers will return to team practice this week at the High Performance Center in Lincoln. This will be the first of the six national camps to be held in the coming months.





It added, "Men and women players who live in the South Island and Wellington will return to practice in Canterbury this week, while the second major camp for the players will be held at Bay Oval in Mount Manganui from July 19".

New Zealand is one of the few countries affected by the Coronavirus, there have been around 1500 cases, of which over 1400 have been cured. So far, only 22 people have died due to Covid-19.
