Men's T20 World Cup 2021 and Women's World Cup 2021
The next year's ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2021 in New Zealand has been postponed until February-March 2022 due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Also, an important decision has been taken regarding the men's T20 World Cup. The T20 World Cup to be held in 2021 will now be held in India while Australia will host the 2022 tournament.

The ICC said in a statement that the decision has been taken by the IBC (Commercial Assistant of the ICC) after a comprehensive contingency planning exercise taking into consideration the health, cricket, and commercial impact of the Covid-19 worldwide.
ICC Executive Chairman Emraan Khwaja said, 'Over the last few months as we have considered how we stage global events, protecting the health and safety of all those involved in ICC events has been our biggest priority.

He said, 'The decision taken by the board today is in the interest of the game, our partners and importantly our fans. I would like to thank BCCI, Cricket Australia and Cricket New Zealand as well as my colleagues in Australia and New Zealand for their continued support and commitment to a safe return to ICC tournaments. '
