Cricket has been put on the brakes due to the spread of Coronavirus infection. Now it is being said that it is being resumed slowly. In such a situation, due to this epidemic, many changes will be seen in cricket. England and Wales Cricket have sought permission from the International Cricket Council to allow Coronavirus Substitute during the Test match if he is infected with the Coronavirus.





England Cricket Board director Steve Elworthy told the British media on Friday that the ECB, which plans to create a bio-secure venue, will be completed before the test matches are held.

According to ICC rules, at this time only the player gets a chance to play another player only on concussion. According to media reports, English cricket wants similar permission for the player if the corona virus is infected.





Elworthy said to the British media, "I know, till now the ICC has to consider a lot about the replacement of Kovid-19." It is yet to be agreed upon. This will be for Test matches only and we are hopeful that this will be done before the Test series in July.

Keeping in mind the better health of the players, the ICC Cricket Committee has recommended banning of saliva on the ball during the match. During most Test matches, players use spit, saliva and sweat to shine the ball. However, the ICC has not recommended any restriction on the use of sweat.
