Dravid gave advice to Team India regarding India-Australia series

In the year 2019, Virat Kohli's Team India had done the same by beating Australia (Australia) on their own land, which no one had done before this. Even teams full of veterans like Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, and Sourav Ganguly have never managed to beat Australia in their home, But Virat's team had done this amazing feat.

However, the lack of Steve Smith and David Warner at the time was very much missed by the Australian team. Former India captain Rahul Dravid also admits that if Smith and Warner were in the Australian team at that time, then India would not have won so easily in that series.

Dravid believes that Australia has become very strong after Smith and Warner's return to the team and because of these two players, Team India will face a much tougher challenge on the upcoming Australian tour than before.

Dravid said during a live chat on Facebook, 'The lack of Smith and Warner was a big thing for Australia because they have a great influence on the team. These two are the 2 top batsmen of Australia and they score the most runs for the team. We have seen what effect a player like Smith had in the Ashes, even Warner was not in form, but he took the series forward with Marnus Labuschagne.

But yes, due to the presence of these two, this tour for India will be quite challenging this time. But I would say that India has the strength to compete and they also have top-level players. So this series should be good, everyone is eager to see this encounter.

The 4-match Test series between Australia and India will begin on December 3 at the Gaba ground in Brisbane. After Brisbane, the second Test will be played in Adelaide, the third and fourth Test will be held in Melbourne and Sydney.

Before Dravid, Australia's wicketkeeper Matthew Wade had described the series against India as a tough challenge and said that the Indian team is very strong in every department, whether batting or bowling or fielding, Team India is a part of the game. There is no less than Australia in any department.
