Ireland's squad has been announced for the first match of the three-match ODI series to be played against England. On Tuesday, England Cricket announced the 14-man squad Curtis Kafer and Harry Tector have managed to make it to the team for the first time. The first one-day match between the two teams will be played on Thursday in the Rose Bowl.





Cricket Ireland gave information about the selection of the team on its social media account. He said that a 14-man squad has been selected for the first ODI against England on Thursday. Two newcomers have been given a chance in the squad for the first match played at Southampton.

For the first match against England, Ireland has selected 14 players out of 22 for this match. The 8 players who have not got a place for the first ODI will be placed in the bio-secure bubble as reserves, they will remain with the team.
